2017 State Conference Exhibitor Information
Exhibitor Booth - $350. Each exhibitor booth reservation includes:

Networking opportunities with over 100 HR professionals •

6 foot table and 2 chairs; power access availabile to each vendor

Business recognized in marketing and conference materials.

Two (2) complimentary tickets to the Thursday lunch.

Exhibitors are encouraged to offer a door prize at their booth that can be given away at the door prize drawing Thursday evening.
Conference Planning for Exhibitors:

Wednesday, May 3rd 2017: Exhibitor Booth set-up beginning at 10:00 a.m. • Opening Conference Session begins at 1:00. • Conference attendees will have time to visit booths during before the conference open and during scheduled breaks. • Conference attendees are free to visit booths at any time throughout the afternoon.

Thursday, May 4th, 2017 Exhibitor Booth set-up from 7:00-8:00 a.m. • Conference attendees will have time to visit booths during scheduled breaks. • Conference attendees are free to visit booths at any time throughout the day. • Exhibitors invited to attend lunch with conference attendees. Two tickets are included with registration, additional tickets may be purchased. • Exhibitor booth tear down from at end of day. • Optional Exhibitor attendance at Thursday night dinner/entertainment ($25 per ticket).
